You upload a photo when ordering. We use it to prepare a made-to-order canvas and matching drills. Custom orders normally require 2–4 business days of processing.

Choose a clear, well-lit original image with a focused subject. Avoid dark faces, distant subjects, and heavily compressed screenshots. Read the custom photo guide.

Personalized products are normally not eligible for voluntary change-of-mind returns. Rights for damaged, incorrect, faulty, or materially misdescribed goods remain unaffected. See our Returns Policy.

Our diamond painting products are made on demand in China and shipped from our production or fulfillment network there.

Standard products normally require 1–2 business days. Custom photo products normally require 2–4 business days. Processing is separate from delivery.

Yes. We email tracking after shipment. Early tracking may take several business days to show its first scan. See how to track an order.

Yes. Products can be produced or routed separately, so one order may arrive in multiple parcels.

Contact us within 24 hours. Cancellation is free if production or fulfillment has not begun. Once production or shipment begins, pre-shipment cancellation is not guaranteed. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

Eligible unused standard products may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Contact us first. The item must remain complete and in original condition. The customer pays tracked return shipping for a voluntary change-of-mind return.

Email us with your order number and clear photographs. After review, we will arrange a free replacement or another appropriate remedy. Do not return it unless instructed.

Report drills missing from the original package within 30 days. Include the drill code and a photo of the contents. Confirmed missing drills are resent without charge. Later requests may require a product and shipping fee without limiting legal rights.

We investigate using tracking information. Once a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we arrange a replacement or another legally appropriate remedy.
