What to send us when a color packet or core tool is missing from the original package.

Report the issue within 30 days

Report drills missing from the original package within 30 days after delivery. Confirmed missing drills are resent without charge during this support period.

Include these details

  • Your order number and checkout email
  • The exact product name
  • The missing drill code, number, or symbol
  • A clear photo of the drill packets and kit contents received
  • Your current delivery address

After 30 days

Replacement drills requested after the support period may require payment for the drills and shipping. This does not limit mandatory rights where the original goods were incomplete, faulty, or not as described.

Before contacting us:

Check inside the rolled canvas, tool packet, outer mailer, and between protective packaging. Small drill bags can shift during transport.
