Intellectual Property Policy

1. Our approach

Diamond Painting Art Kit respects copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, and other intellectual-property rights. We review specific, sufficiently detailed notices in good faith and may remove, disable, restrict, investigate, or request additional information about identified content.

This reporting procedure is not legal advice, an admission of infringement, or a statement that any particular statutory safe-harbor registration has been completed.

2. Before submitting a notice

• Confirm that you are the rights holder or authorized to act.
• Identify the exact webpage or product URL, not only the homepage or category.
• Consider whether the use may be licensed, authorized, descriptive, public-domain, fair use or fair dealing, or otherwise lawful.
• Ensure the claim is accurate and made in good faith.

3. Copyright notices

Include your legal name and contact details, identification of the copyrighted work and registration information where available, the exact disputed URL, a clear explanation of the claimed infringement, good-faith and accuracy statements, evidence of authority, and a physical or electronic signature.

4. Trademark notices

Include the mark, registration number and jurisdiction where applicable, covered goods or services, exact disputed URLs, explanation of likely confusion or other claimed violation, evidence of authority, and the contact and verification statements described above.

5. Image, privacy, or likeness complaints

If the concern involves a person’s image, name, private information, or right of publicity, identify the person, explain your authority and the applicable right, provide the exact URLs, and describe why the display or sale is unauthorized or unlawful.

6. What happens after a notice

• We may acknowledge receipt and request missing details.
• We may temporarily restrict or remove identified content while reviewing it.
• We may forward relevant portions to a supplier, uploader, customer, or affected party.
• We may ask for evidence of ownership, authorization, registration, identity, or authority.
• We may restore content if the notice is withdrawn, unsupported, mistaken, or successfully disputed.
• We may keep records needed for legal, security, repeat-infringement, or dispute purposes.

7. Counter-notices

A person whose content was removed because of a copyright complaint may submit a counter-notice identifying the removed material and former location, explaining the good-faith belief that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, providing contact information and a signature, and including any jurisdiction and service statements required by applicable law.

8. Repeat or serious infringement

We may restrict suppliers, users, accounts, uploads, or products associated with repeated or serious rights violations. We consider the nature, reliability, frequency, and outcome of notices rather than relying only on unverified accusations.

9. Customer-supplied custom images

Customers ordering custom products must have the legal right to use the submitted image and comply with our Terms of Service. We may reject an order that appears unlawful or likely to violate another person’s rights.

10. False or abusive notices

Knowingly submitting a materially false claim or counter-notice may create legal liability. We may decline abusive, automated, vague, repetitive, or bad-faith submissions and preserve them for security or legal purposes.
